Damaged During Shipping
Orders are sent in excellent condition and well packaged. Seller is not responsible for packages / items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us if anything arrives this way, since every package is sent with insurance from USPS. We also want to be part of the solution.

Custom Orders: No returns or exchanges accepted due to the nature of custom orders unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Is expedited shipping available? If you are under a tight deadline and need your order fast, we are happy to arrange for expedited shipping. To ensure we can accommodate your needs it is strongly suggested to discuss special requests prior to placing your order.

Can I submit my writing to be bound? Yes, however only original works by the person submitting it can be bound. We are unable to bind copyrighted material that you do not have the rights to.
- The material to be printed must be supplied by you.
- Materials must be submitted as you wish to have them bound. This means; pages laid out and in correct order.
- We are not proofreaders. Any errors with layout or spelling are the responsibility of the customer. Your material will be bound exactly as you send it - with the pages in the order in which they arrive.
Should I be nervous about sending something for a cover? We understand people might be nervous, rest assured that we handle everything sent to us with great care. We understand these items can be sentimental so they will be treated as if they are our own.
We believe in collaborating with you to ensure you get exactly what you want.
Can you really use fabric to make a cover? What about if it’s the t-shirt from my first concert? We can absolutely do that! If you are supplying a t-shirt, fabric or jeans the material will go through a process to add a backing layer to it. This process transforms the material to bookcloth, giving the adhesive something to cling to instead of directly on the fabric. We use great care performing this process, however we cannot be responsible for any damage to the fabric during this process. When possible, we do a test sample with the material before proceeding.
How do you figure out your rates? Pricing depends on quantity, materials, and type of binding. Custom orders does have a base rate based on size, you can check out on our Custom Order Page.
How do I pay? We accept payment via Venmo or PayPal.
How are orders shipped? Shipping is done through United Postal Service (USPS). Alternate arrangements made upon request. Expedited shipping is available by request too. Please email for special requests, we are happy to accommodate to the best of our ability. We ask that you do not send materials of any kind before being in contact.
How long does it take to get my order? Once order has been processed please allow 5-7 days. Unfortunately we are all at the mercy of the Postal Service once it is in their hands. Our goal is to get orders processed and shipped the next business day.
